Kingston University has a strong heritage in all major sectors of fashion including womenswear, menswear, knitwear and fashion artefact outcomes. The fashion department is part of the university’s design school whose core beliefs center on nurturing creative contemporary designers through discipline, excellence and knowledge.

The university’s fashion modules pushes their students to think creatively to identify personal design narratives promoting forward-thinking developments whilst engaging in ethical, sociopolitical and technological aspects of fashion. In nurturing a 21st century citizen, the school also provides extensive connections through their external partnerships to gain first-hand experience. Graduates from the university’s fashion department have gained positions at leading luxury brands such as Armani, Paul Smith, Vivienne Westwood and Yves Saint Laurent.
