Over the last 170 years, Leeds Arts University has contributed significantly to the development of art education in Britain, having pioneered new ways to teach and to structure qualifications.

The BA Fashion courses have been developed to respond to the demands of the fast changing, global fashion industry. This diverse, exciting and dynamic degree encourages their students to explore creative approaches through communication emphasising innovation, individuality and expressive, responsive and original thinking.

Their fashion department has recently developed external projects with: Louis Vuitton, Urban Outfitters, Harvey Nichols, Dior (Paris), The Confucius Institute, SHOWStudio, Leeds City Museum, Caryn Franklin and Julian Roberts.
