WINCHESTER SCHOOL OF ART

Under Southhampton University, the Winchester School of Art is a renowned art and design institution ranked 8th in the UK Guardian University Guide 2017. Their fashion program offers a comprehensive, contemporary and hands on experience necessary with all the most up-to-date equipment and specialist staff. Specialising in the technical aspects of fashion such as textiles and design, the program however still offers a wide yet detailed breadth of fashion. These include intellectual skills with industry linked projects and opportunities to gain business skills and a chance to study abroad at one of their many partnered institutions.

By fostering practical and technical skills through creative exploration, students are able to showcase these personal developments at London-based shows and exhibitions; these include Free Range, Graduate Fashion Week and New Designers. The school boasts a long history of employability on an international spectrum with graduates working with companies such as Burberry, Chloé, and Liberty.
