La Mexicana by Tag Battoo is inspired by the striking iconography of Mexico's Day of the Dead. La Mexicana is the belle of the ball, embossed on gold, swathed in pastel flowers, crowned with a butterfly and complete with gold tooth. Tag Battoos are "bag tattoos", individually handcrafted in the UK using unique inking, gilding and embossing techniques. Simply peel off the backing and press down to attach to your bag or jacket.
The brand's unique engineered edge gives Tag Battoo patches a smooth, super-low profile and the water-based self-adhesive means they will stick fast. The patches are strong enough to mend holes, burns and rips and cover stains too. Peta-accredited, the patches are made from luxurious vegan leather which is breathable, supple, strong and buttery-soft.

Tag Battoos are self-adhesive with a water-based totally toxin-free adhesive designed to stay put. Once firmly applied they should not be removed or repositioned; designed for one-time application. The inks and gold foil gilding we use will age naturally.
The products are proudly vegan; Tag Battoo managed to develop a vegan product that people are happy to use on the most expensive Italian leather bags and jackets. They are breathable, supple and strong; look like leather, act like leather and feel like leather. Not suitable for machine-washing.
