Zihui took the theme of tears and divided it into 3 parts for research and design. They are the self-protection posture of human trauma, the way to vent out emotions, and the way to seek warmth when breaking through difficulties.

Self-protective postures and emotional outbursts of human trauma are two key ways in which people cope with pain and injury. Self-protective postures can be physical gestures or psychological defense mechanisms that reflect an individual's need for comfort and protection. Emotional outbursts, on the other hand, encompass a variety of ways to express emotion and release stress, from crying to anger, each of which carries an individual's psychological state in the face of challenges. By gaining a deeper understanding of these postures and modalities, Zihui is able to better comprehend the complexity of human emotions and create fashion pieces that touch the heart and convey an understanding and empathy for the inner experience.

This part of the research and design aims to delve deeper into the psychological processes and behaviors of people seeking warmth and comfort after overcoming difficult situations.Through social interviews and research, Zihui found that after experiencing difficult situations, people often seek warmth and comfort to relieve stress and restore inner peace. In this process, especially when choosing clothing, people tend to choose fabrics that make them feel warmer and more comfortable, such as knit.

Zihui believes that knitted fabrics have a special warmth that brings comfort and relaxation. Through in-depth research into the properties and processes of knitted fabrics, she has endeavored to create a range of fashionable garments that are warm to look at and to touch.

This is Zihui's final year design at the university, which participated in the Istituoto Marangoni France 23 Outstanding Students Graduation Show during Paris Fashion Week, and this department's design work was recognized by the community.
