Kewpie has experimented with the jewellery techniques that she learned. Aside from creating new collections, she is always experimenting with new materials and designs. Her aim is to share her thoughts with people and bring out ideas reflecting the problems of the real society through her jewellery.
Inspired by the notion of unifying what was once broken. Kewpie's collection, which she calls "United", translates human connection into the intricate language of her jewellery. Crafted from recycled ceramics, brass and silver, her collection features time-honoured motifs of peace and union. Referencing traditional ceramic repair methods, each piece carries a unique history and is produced by hand, using up-cycled materials: sustainability and longevity are key factors for the artist.
