Whith sharp eye for technical garments, Léo Buscetti is a recently graduated designer based in Paris from “l’Institut Français de la Mode”.
Until his graduate collection, Léo had always been focused on how to create a fashion product with a strong utility.
His collection “CHEMICAL WARFARE” constantly explore ways to incorporate adaptable garments, technical properties, comfort and durability. Using military uniforms references, his collection have been largely inspired by military life vest, NBC chemical suits and pilot equipments.
Using chemical warfares as inspiration, Léo explored various techniques to create strong silhouettes engineered for durability, comfort and protectivity with an illusional aspect remininding the damage inflicted on these mortuary landscapes. A poetic allusion of past chemical warfare that we already lives in.
