Maria Cynara, a 19 year old receiving an academic acceleration to go directly to second year for her BA Fashion Design in Atelier Chardon Savard, Paris. Being born and raised in Bali have made a really strong impact on how she sees the world, Bali being one of the richest cultural island, art has been a part of her live without releasing it.

From getting up early in the morning seeing the beauty of the perfectly sculptured temple from the side of the road on my way to school, to seeing her grandma making the Balinese offering called “canang” Colours of the flowers inside the canang are so vibrant, even at a young age she has seen her not just making the offering but making a work of art.

Flowers has always been something so dear and special for the Balinese culture, Flowers also represent growth and in this project she wants to capture her growth beautifully through her work titled “Bloom For Yourself”
