With her innate "avant-garde" elegance, Nora Bourelly is a women's clothing and accessories designer who is about to graduate from the Marangoni Institute in Milan.
Following in the footsteps of his father (he was an architect) he decided to imprint his work with design, sculpture and art, without ever losing the common thread of his path: fashion. She wants to represent her way of expressing fashion and creating almost alien aspects without sacrificing the elegance that only an Italian artisan jewel can give.
In his "wearable sculptures", art meets the body. They play on form and illusion, working with very traditional materials. From the moment of creation to the moment of showing off, these garments undergo a unique transformation. Therefore, freedom of expression would represent the narrow way that allows fashion to be simultaneously contemporary and heir to a long, and in some ways unrecognized, rebellious artistic tradition. The world of fashion is an eclectic world like few others, there is no limit to the expression of art and the way in which it can intersect in such a free environment as that of clothing and what it is possible to wear. By identifying with his clothes, one feels like a real work of art that has discovered life in dressing the person, who becomes an integral part of their conceptuality.DISCOVER THE DESIGN PROCESS
