Savvas Alexander is a menswear designer based out of London, focusing on garment development that blends technical construction with fluidity and drape. Having recently graduated from his BA at London College of Fashion, his focus was developing his skills in pattern cutting innovation and exploring 3D modelling techniques to develop interesting silhouettes. This garment focus design was then merged through collaboration with other disciplines, to apply the work in surreal narratives, broadening his coverage of creative output. From September he will embark on an MA at the Royal College of Art where he will look to continue developing his silhouette experimentation and surreal narratives, whilst working with material science development to push the luxury sector into new realms. He’s also eager to expand his collaborative work across more disciplines, some of which may not only sit within the creative sphere.
