With a passion to create work that is accessible to all and produced in a sustainable way, Tiegan O’Neill is a third year Fashion Technology student at Heriot-Watt University in the Scottish Borders. Tiegan has alwys felt an importance to create work that has a meaning of more than what meets the eye.

Her gender neutral streetwear collection focusses on raising awareness to the ongoing homelessness issue in Scotland. Collaborating with The Blankfaces - a social enterprise in Glagow, Tiegan’s collection is inspired by individual stories from those who have experienced homelessness first hand. Using print as her central point, Tiegan explored the use of line drawn faces and how they can represent community and humanity whilst having no gender. Her collection also explores streetwear trends and silhouettes whilst remaining on brand to The Blankfaces and their market.
