Valeria Pasco started her fashion journey at Istituto Marangoni London, finishing her BA in Fashion Design at the campus in Paris and currently developing her skills in Haute Couture. Her interest in menswear tailoring took her to explore haute couture techniques of making and finishing, reworking the classic silhouette.

In her current formation at Les Ateliers Alix, Valeria is getting to know womenswear Flou clothing to better understand how to manipulate other fabrics than suitings. It is part of her projects to use this new range of materials and techniques while rewriting the contemporary menswear tailoring.

Valeria’s latest capsule collection Prehension explored the Wild West’s costume and the 70’s punk band Sex Pistols. In this collection, silhouettes mixed in between the heavy and charged and the light and young of the adventure's main characters. The fabrics and haberdashery were carefully selected, following the heritage of the original suiting twills and wools, merged with ethically sourced heavier mediums.
